From the client perspective, I take the time to really listen, understand their needs, and bring practical solutions to the table. Clients trust my creative vision.
For designers, I’m there to help them confidently align and refine their visual solutions to meet project goals. I practice an attitude of curiosity for the unique process of each person I work with. I am kind, but I’m not afraid to push designers to pay attention and nail the details. I encourage big picture thinking by giving designers the opportunity to explain the reasoning behind their choices. I provide context alongside constructive feedback. I celebrate innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
