I relate to this definition of leadership at my core. I believe I am a leader because of my ability to see and develop potential. I think it’s essential to recognize that others have the ability to bring a unique perspective, discover novel solutions, and make an impact. I find a lot of joy in creating authentic connections, providing value and insight, and encouraging others to lean into their strengths.
