Lumie creates contemporary stained glass sun catchers and mobiles for a global audience from their small workshop in Wirksworth, United Kingdom. These beautiful, glass art pieces brighten homes with their unique colors and shapes.
Logo Re-design
The original logo was plain text, pixelated, and low contrast. It also lacked the colorful personality so vibrantly on display in Lumie’s incredible glass work.
The Concept
The concept I created emulates the color and form of one of Lumie’s contemporary stained glass pieces. Even the custom typography echos the sharp edges and bevels used to create Lumie’s signature glass work.
